Across the Shoalhaven positive connections are being made between generations. In workplaces, homes, schools and out in the community people are getting together sharing spaces, skills and stories.

Yet sometimes communication breaks down – older people report feeling frightened when they see groups of young people together, young people report feeling judged and misunderstood by older people.

Our campaign aims to raise the community’s awareness of all the great things that are already happening between generations so as to encourage others in the community to take up the challenge of making connections and getting to know each other.

We need a ‘by line’ that captures our ideas and what we want to do.
